FIAT YOUTH BINTULU

Who we are?

FIAT Youth Ministry was first established in Miri Diocese. FIAT Youth Bintulu (FYB) was then established in 2002 by Rev. Fr. Michael Jok in conjunction with the preparation of the 4th Miri Youth day where Bintulu will be the host for the event. 

​

Youth from the St. Anthony's Church Bintulu was chosen to be the committee members of FIAT Bintulu and they were trained to be the builder of the Roman Catholic Church specifically serving the youth and the church in Bintulu.

OBJECTIVE OF FYB

To develop an identity to raise devoted youth to be one, holy, Catholic and Apostolic.

​

ACTIVITIES:​

FIAT Bintulu is responsible to handle all activities involving the youth or any events assigned by St. Anthony's Church Bintulu.

​

1. Seminar programs

2. Involve in Sunday School program for RCIA

3. Cellgroup - Youth gathering, Prayer meeting etc.

4. Sunset Mass every Saturday evening.

5. Church Choir on Sunset Mass

5. Wedding or any other special occasions choir.

6. Choir practices, vocal training etc.
